Our Titan Commercial 16.15mm Range is suitable for all commercial and industrial applications in all types of windows and curtain walling, from UPVC, aluminium, timber and steel. It is designed to suit all heavy duty commercial and industrial situations. It is ideal for all large glass envelope buildings and situations and for upgrading the buildings thermal efficiency and performance. The Titan Commercial Range is suitable for architects and specifiers working on all types of commercial and industrial applications including curtain walling. 

DESCRIPTION

The Titan Commercial Range is the most versatile commercial toughened vacuum insulated glass range in the world. The Range is available in a 16mm powder glass edge joint, and in multiple Hybrid forms with various depths to suit all frame types, thermal breaks and curtain walling. It has our unique 1mm metal needle getter for better sight lines and a longer expected life span of sixty years and comes with our manufacturers guarantee of 25 years.

The range has a thickness of 16.15mm and comes with our standard semi-clear ceramic micro pillars. It comes as standard with a U value of 0.48 W/m2K with a single low E coating. Our lowest achievable U value in this range is 0.28 W/m2.K. It also comes with our unique low temperature sealing technology, which has successfully solved the problems of tempered/toughened glass annealing during production, and results in a much higher vacuum, and an even longer life span.

The Titan Commercial Range boasts Passive House Institute certified component status through our GVG curtain walling range. Our Titan Commercial Range comes with a manufacturers guarantee of 25 years. It can be paired into a hybrid vacuum unit with our PV Solar Vacuum units and fitted into our own Passive House Institute certified component curtain walling system or any curtain walling system to turn glass walls and glass skyscrapers into vertical solar farms.
